HISTORY OF POP IT
The story of Pop It, began in the mid-1970s with an Israeli couple named Theo and Ora Coster, who invented more than 190 games, including the famous recognition game, Guess Who? They also started a company called Theora Design. When Ora's sister died of breast cancer, Ora dreamed of a chest game where you could push from one side and then the other. From there, they created a prototype of that vision and worked on it for many years until they sold it to Montreal-based gaming company FoxMind.
FoxMind manufactured the product in silicon and launched it in 2013, but it was not exactly a smash hit. When it was relaunched in 2019 under the name Pop it, it was a boom, it became a hit and is still the most popular children's toy today. If you are looking for such a toy, you can check the Cykapu website, there you will find a variety of pop it with all its different designs and shapes.
HOW POP IT WORKS
The pop it game is a two-player game. The rules are simple. The ultimate goal is to force your opponent to press the last bubble.
1. Players decide who starts first by playing rock, paper, scissors.
2. The first player chooses a row and pops as many bubbles as he wants (but only in that row).
3. The second player does the same. He chooses any row that has bubbles in it that have not yet burst and places as many bubbles as he wants, only in that row.
4. They take turns until one player is forced to place the last bubble.
5. Turn the board over and start again.First to get three wins, declare as champion
This game is more challenging for older children and requires them to think strategically to win.
There is also a variant of this Pop It fidgets game that is even more interesting. It is called Big Pop It Fidget Toy Chess Board in rainbow colors as well.
