lf you're failing to charge your device, please try out the following:

• 1. Check if the device is compatible, see above detail, or ask the supplier
• 2. Check whether the indicator turns on or not.
• 3. Check whether the adapter is 18W OR above.
• 4. Check if the back of your device have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
• 5. Put the devices in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your devices lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).
• 6. Devices protect cases should be no thicker than 3 mm for effective charging, or take off directly.
• 7.Please restart the phone and test with another USB Type-c cable or unplug the adapter and reinsert it.
